Ragged Mountain Resort in Danbury, NH–the favorite mountain of Zimmermanns Skis, Boards & More–is turning white and gearing up for the season!

The Ragged Mountain staff has been working around the clock to make as much snow as possible for Opening Day. Tentatively, Opening Day is scheduled for December 1st weather permitting!

In other very exciting news, prior to this season Ragged Mountain added another 12 million gallons of water storage for snowmaking! Bringing their total amount of water for snowmaking to 40 million gallons! Things are shaping up for an amazing winter.

Here are some events lined up at Ragged Mountain this season that we are excited about:

*  Saturday December 23rd – Squared Up Rail Jam featuring DJ Scrumptious. Whether competing or watching check out some of the up-and-coming local talent.

* Saturday January 20th – Tap Takeover Lord Hobo Brewing. If you aren’t afraid of a full-bodied adult beverage with some hop kick, we’ll see you there!

* Saturday February 11th – USSA BWL U12/U14 Central Region Qualifier. Check out some young local speed demons rip through gates.

*Sunday March 18th – Back In The Day Mini Pipe Jam.  Whether watching or competing this is always a fun event and a fan favorite!
